General ManagerI was born right here in Portsmouth. I grew up on Hayling Island not far down the road but a much quieter place. I lived abroad quite a bit while growing up due to my father's work and so spent some time in France and a total of about seven years in America before returning to the UK to finish my studies.
I worked for various companies locally before settling into life at IBM where I worked for 11 years, working primarily in sales and ended up meeting my husband there. 11 years on from that we now live in Southsea with our two boys, one elderly cat and a rather noisy cocker spaniel.
My hobbies include travelling whenever possible, cooking new foods and eating out, organising book club meetings with other like-minded mums and finally managing my children's hectic social and sport filled life. I also like to make the most of living in Southsea which I have enjoyed for many years now, nothing beats leaving work on a nice summer's day and heading to the beach.
There are some great people who are very committed to the school, it makes a nice change to work for a small company and feel very positive about its future.
