Welcome to the latest E-news from Portsmouth English Language School. Our recently renewed and extended, full British Council accreditation reflects the high standards  and success rate we are proud to have maintained since we first opened in 2008.

Our thanks to those of you who continue to recommend our small, friendly school. This Summer was our most successful ever with a very busy Junior Learner programme in July and August for more than 60 lively teenagers, and a total of 94 students. Study & Internships
More and more students are looking for language courses combined with work experience. PELS has strong links locally, working with the most popular industries like Hotel & Catering and Travel & Tourism to offer excellent work placements.

Individuals and groups come to PELS to improve their English skills before gaining relevant and worthwhile knowledge in their chosen field to help boost their employability.

Ladies only classes
We are very proud to run private classes for female students who need or prefer to study in a Ladies Only environment. Our on-site crèche for children aged 3 months to 4 years is available for up to 4 hours a day. Mothers can study safe in the knowledge that their children are having fun nearby.
